Elena Manolakas is a senior at MHS with goals to further her education at Grand Valley State University to pursue a degree in the medical field. Elena passes her time by spending it with her loving siblings, Calli and Mikey. Elena works at the retail clothing store Pac Sun in order to support her excessive shopping habits. Elena is considered one of the best drivers in her group of friends and often finds herself carting them around town from place to place. Since she focuses hard on her studies, Elena finds that it pays off to do her homework - that way she can go out and enjoy her friends' company without the burden of procrastination. Elena is new to the newspaper staff this year and is taking full advantage of the experience she is receiving.
