Milford Girls Basketball is coming back for the winter season of 2023-2024. The girls program is welcoming a new coach, Tim Olszewski. Coach Olszewski is excited to get into the gym with the girls team, and get to know the team as players and people. “I’m most excited about getting to know all the players and building strong lifelong relationships,” Coach Oleszewki says. “I absolutely love all the players and people I’ve met thus far. I find myself speechless at times as to how welcoming and helpful everyone has been since being hired.” Coach Oleszewski is a great addition to the athletic staff, and the players on the girls team definitely agree. Senior Maddie Stevens, Alma Basketball Commit, is excited for the season because she believes this team has a lot of potential. “This team works very hard, and I’m excited to get back in the gym with my friends for my senior season.” Stevens says, “We have a lot of new faces, but we are excited to see what they can bring to the table.” The girls basketball team has their home opener on Friday, December 8th against Waterford Mott. Come out and support our girls!
