Unless your name is Patrick Star and you live under a rock, you have probably heard of the famous Kendall and Kylee Jenner. These celebrities are very well known for their many appearances on the hit show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which follows the life of the many crazed characters and big personalities of the family, thus proving America will basically watch anything. Yet this time, these sisters slip away from the cameras and onto the red carpet as they recently debuted their new spring collection, including couture for juniors and young adult females.

         After carefully reviewing the collection, I have come to the conclusion that the sisters collection was overall astounding, but wait… before you rip out your check books you may want to consider the following descriptions of the collection and pricing. The highest pricing item is $498 and it is a leather based dress. Now this dress screams bad girl all over it, making me question why it was apart of a SPRING collection. There is also a ton of buzz over a brown pant suit featured in the collection. Most of the collection include pastel colors, whites, etc., making the leather looks incohesive to the collection itself. Adding on to the pastel colors, I am truly and utterly in love with the colors and prints used for the rompers and other jumpsuits. That being said, I am not in love with all the material. Some blouses and rompers are EXTREMELY THIN, which is concerning due to the price. Most thin outfits do not last that long but do keep you cool for the spring time,which the sisters were going for, however, that still doesn’t justify the leather items. I think some of the designs are very used and unoriginal. That being said, I do not consider them ‘bad’ but I did expect more for such well known icons. However the styles may have been unoriginal for the tops, the shoes were extremely unique and divine as they capture the true ahora of fashion. In conclusion, many parts of the collection were a smashing sensation… others not so much, so you definitely might see me in a fight over the last size seven, tie-up heels. I will give the Jenner sisters a three out of five star review for the overall collection.
