So what is ‘Devil’s Night’? Devil’s Night, also known as ‘Mischief Night’, is the night before Halloween. The night is full of devious acts and pranks, mostly in the big cities-spotlighting Detroit. From about mid 1980s-2011 Detroit on Devil’s Night used to be something you absolutely did not want to mess with. So much so that curfews for the entire city were being put into place.  Buildings on fire, cars on fire and absolute disaster everywhere! But so many years later the nights have calmed down, all thanks to the groups of people that have worked to transform into an ‘Angel’s Night’. Detroit is once again an enjoyable place to be, the night before Halloween.
