Leadership Tackles New Tasks

Cami Munce, Community Editor

With the school year coming to a close, most classes begin winding down and finishing final projects.

Leadership, on the other hand, is just beginning many new projects.

With the Leadership class of next year determined, the new class is divided into groups, each with its own individual task.

For example, the inside/outside committee plans to open up the courtyard by the library for students to use.

Another group, known as School Policy, plans to challenge dress code at Milford, more specifically, the no hats policy.

Also, plans to have a Charity Week next year have begun.

Charity week is designed to mimic Homecoming week, but with even more things to do. This event would be held sometime during the spring. There will also be a Sadie Hawkins dance to cap off the week.  All money raised from this week will be donated to charity. These are only a few examples of what Leadership plans to do with the 2016-2017 school year.

All of these ideas are to be presented to the administration later in the week. The final Ok on these projects will be decided this week. Leadership students have their fingers crossed that these project prove to be fruitful.
